Cash on Delivery (COD)

Return, Exchange, and Refund
Products once delivered will be eligible for Return and Exchange within 10 days. Return and Exchange can be requested online from your order section from your account. Refund will be initiated and processed within 7 working days post successful pick up of Return order from customer's address. Exchange order will be dispatched post successful pick up of return product.
No Return policy
Boxers are non-returnable products and hence Return and Exchange is not possible for this category.
Terms & Conditions
Friendships Day promotion for Coupon of Rs. 300/-
- Coupon can be applied only once per registered account. No balance amount will be carried forward or retained.
- Coupon can be used on www.texperts.in website and can be applied on cart page or on checkout page to avail the discount.
- Coupon is valid upto 30th August 11:59pm
- Coupon is applicable on all products on www.texperts.in
- When coupon is applied, amount upto Rs. 300 will be discounted and any balance amount above that would be applicable to be paid by the customer.
- Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no two or more offers can be combined

- Both you and your friend can earn credit points every time on every purchase made on texperts.in as per mentioned in your Referral and Rewards section of My Account menu.
- You can earn credit points by,
- 1. Referring your friend to register on texperts.in using your referral code.

- 3. Purchasing products on texperts.in you earn credit points on every order you place.
- Credit Points on Feedback will be rewarded to Users only one time and after review of the feedback by Texperts Team. Only genuine feedback ascertained by the team would be rewarded with Credit Points.
- Credit points will be calculated on the payable amount (exclusive of shipping charges) of the order after all the applicable discounts.
- Your credit points are weighted as equal to INR value but is not a currency.
- Credit points cannot be transferred from one account to another account.

Free Shipping:

Feedback Terms and Conditions:
- Registered Users are supposed to provide us feedback via ‘Feedback’ page in their ‘My Account’ section after logging into their respective account.
- Users are needed to provide feedback on the following criteria’s mentioned in the feedback form.
- User Experience, Performance of Website, Navigation, Ease of Use & Usability.
- Look and Feel of the Website

- Every feedback will be reviewed by Texperts Team. Only genuine feedback ascertained by the team would be rewarded with Credit Points.
- Credit Points on Feedback will be rewarded only once per User.
- Feedbacks are to be submitted on or before 24th Dec 2021 by 11:59 pm and Credit Points will be credited on or before 31st December 2021 by 11:59 pm to all the users who matches the feedback criteria.

Refferal rewards T&C:
- Refer your friend by sharing your unique referral code
- Your Referral benefits depends on your Account type. You can see your Account type in My Account Details section
- When your friend registers using your referral code and does purchase on texperts.in, both you and your friend earn rewards as mentioned in your Referral and Rewards section of My Account menu.
- Validity of each points earned will be for 180 days from the date it was credited to your account
- Value of 1 credit point is Rs. 1.
- You can use these credit points when you make a purchase on texperts.in to reduce your payable amount.
- Limitation on usage of Credit Points will be as per mentioned in your Referral and Rewards section of My Account menu.
- Both you and your friend can earn credit points every time on every purchase made on texperts.in as per mentioned in your Referral and Rewards section of My Account menu.
- An account once created by using referral code cannot be rolled back or deleted.
- A user will not be able to use the refferal code on an existing account. To use the refferal code, user will then need to create a new account.
